Happy Place Meditation

As we sit in our special places that we set aside for this special time, let us take a breath and bring ourselves into the presence, for each of us brings a presence into this community; each of us holds the spiritual energy that defines who we are. When we meet in community and create this circle of energy, it is buoying. It is a way of spending this time together.
This morning, I invite you each to imagine your happy place. Imagine your special place inside that you hold dear to you, that brings that giddy feeling to your heart, happiness to your face. Something that is a place that holds love and comfort for you.
For it is in this place you bring yourself that your energy changes and you become more present with yourself. Those that are with you in the Unseen world have more access to you, very much like when you go to sleep at night and you dream, you let go of everything and you go into the world of dream and that’s where those that love you in the unseen world are close to you.
So in this place, in your happy place, bring to mind one or more of those in the unseen world that you absolutely and adore, and you feel the same reciprocal feeling. Know that as you are in this happy place, they get closer. Let them be there. Know that they are there. Know that they are comforted by you and comforting you. This is the doorway to finding support for those that are in the Unseen world that are loving you.
As we spend the next fifteen minutes together in silence, let yourself bask in this place. If your mind gets busy, just bring yourself back to this place. It is all okay. I will keep track of the time.
Remember that as you spend time in this place, it is a place of healing. The energy is higher. The physical body benefits. The intellectual mind benefits, and the spiritual body soars.
